Eligibility
Players who reside in the U.S:
Big Fish Games players who reside in the U.S. and are over the age of 17 are eligible to
receive cash and/or merchandise prizes that they may have won from games and/or
contests at Game Community.
Players who reside in Canada:
Canadians, excluding residents of Quebec, who have reached the Age of Majority are only eligible to
receive cash prizes. Unfortunately, legal restrictions prevent us from awarding prizes
to Canadian residents who have not reached the Age of Majority. We are currently not able to award
prizes to residents of Quebec regardless of age.
Players who reside outside the U.S. and Canada:
We are sorry to say that players residing outside the U.S. and Canada are not yet eligible to
receive prizes of any kind from the games and contests at Game Community. We would like to be able to award
prizes to all of our players, regardless of their location, and we are working with our legal
staff to make that happen as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are many legal restrictions
placed on contests and sweepstakes by various government agencies around the world, and we must abide
by these laws. Please understand that we will continue to work to improve this situation, and that we
will expand the scope of our prize program as the legal issues permit.
Adult User Names:
We periodically review the User Names that our players select for themselves as well as the profiles
they write about themselves. If we deem the name or the profile to contain content that is inappropriate
for general viewing across all game rooms on Game Community, we will flag the User Name as an
"Adult Name". Any user whose name is thus flagged will only be allowed to play games in "uncensored rooms" at Game Community. Furthermore, no player
with a User Name that is flagged as an "Adult Name" will be eligible to enter any of our
contests or win any contest prizes. We are pleased to announce the winners of our contests across
Game Community, and we cannot do so with Adult Names. Hence this restriction. If you want to be able to participate in our contests and win
prizes, please be certain to select a User Name that is not likely to be flagged as an Adult Name.
Prizes
Prizes may not be transferred or substituted, except that Big Fish Games may substitute prizes
of equal or greater value at its sole discretion. In the event a winner does not or
cannot accept any prize for any reason within seven (7) days after being notified by Big Fish Games
that he/she is the winner, his/her prize will be forfeited. All federal, state, provincial and/or local
taxes/duties are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
How to Enter
All entries become the exclusive property of Big Fish Games, and as such, Big Fish Games has the
right to edit, adapt, modify, publish, promote and otherwise use or not use the entries and the
information contained therein in any way it sees fit. Entries will not be returned.
There are 2 steps to enter each Game:
- Sign on to Big Fish Games Game Community, follow links to the Games, read and accept the rules, provide all information requested.
- Play Online Lotteries to enter the available lotteries. You may also enter via postal mail by printing the words "Big Fish Online
Lottery" on a 3" x 5" card along with your name, address, e-mail address, and telephone
number, and mail the entry to:

Any such printed card entries must be written out by hand and may not be mass produced or printed
via a computer or other type of printer.
Each mail-in card will be entitled to 1 ticket in the next upcoming prize lottery drawing. You may
send up to 10 separate Lottery entries per day.
Each eligible mail-in entry will be included in the applicable prize drawing on the day such entry is received
by Big Fish Games. Big Fish Games, its agents, and representatives are not responsible for any entries that are late, lost, inaccurate,
or postage-due. No mechanically reproduced mail-in cards will be accepted.
Token to Ticket Conversion
Tokens won in our token-based prize games can be converted into tickets for our lotteries at the rate of exchange
listed in online lotteries.
Tickets to different lotteries have different token costs.
Tokens have no monetary value, nor can they be directly exchanged for cash.
Selection of Winners
Lotteries are drawn at 12:00 AM Eastern Time.
The odds of winning prizes will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. All rules for Games
are decided by the management of Big Fish Games, whose decisions are final and binding.
Disclaimers Regarding Entries
In the event of a dispute regarding who submitted an entry via e-mail, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized
account holder of the e-mail account. The use of machines, computers, scripts or any automated system to play the Games is strictly prohibited
and may result in criminal liability under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act, Section 1030 of the United States Code. Users may only
play the Games with one type, version or copy of browsing software application at any one time. Big Fish Games may terminate and permanently
disqualify any entrants who Big Fish Games, in its sole discretion, determines as being in violation of these Official Rules. Big Fish Games,
its agents, and representatives are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in operations or transmission;
theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, computer transmissions, or for technical telephone equipment,
electronic, hardware or software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions of any kind; or inaccurate transmission of, or failure
to receive entry information by Big Fish Games on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site
or any combination thereof.
Big Fish Games, its agents, and representatives are also not responsible for technical, hardware or software failures
of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed software
transmissions which may limit a participant's ability to participate, or damage user's system as a result of participation, or downloading
any information necessary to participate in the Games.
Notification of Winners
Big Fish Games will notify the winners via
an e-mail message. Big Fish Games is not responsible for late,
lost, or misdirected notification. E-mail notifications do not
constitute a guarantee of payment of any kind. Big Fish Games will
verify the eligibility of the winners prior to awarding any prize.
Winners will be required to agree (in writing) to an Affidavit
of Eligibility and to provide their full name, address, city, state,
postal code, and date of birth, and, where lawful, a Liability
and Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification, or
winner's prize may be forfeited, except where prohibited by law.
Prizes will be mailed as checks, in U.S. dollars,
within thirty (30) business days after Big Fish Games's receipt
of the completed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity
Release. By accepting the Prize and executing the Liability and
Publicity Release, each winner agrees that Big Fish Games may
post the winner's name on a list of winners, and may use the winner's
name, voice, likeness, biographical information, winning entry
and statements attributed to the winner (if true) for the purpose
of advertising, trade, or promotion purposes without further compensation.

General Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Games, the entrants
agree to be bound by the Official Rules. All federal, state, provincial
and local laws and regulations apply. Big Fish Games, its agents,
subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, consultants, employees
and representatives are not responsible for (i) any condition caused
by events beyond their control that may cause the Games to be disrupted
or corrupted; (ii) any injuries, losses, or damages (compensatory,
direct, incidental, consequential or otherwise) of any kind arising
in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession,
or use of the prize, or from participation in the Games; or (iii)
any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated
with the Games.
Big Fish Games reserves the right, in its sole
discretion, to suspend or cancel Games in whole or in part, in the
event of technical or other difficulties.
By participating in the Games, each participant
agrees to release and hold Big Fish Games and the employees, officers,
directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of Big Fish Games,
its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment
agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses,
damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with
the Games, or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any
prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and
property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation,
or invasion of privacy.

Participation in Bonus Programs by Non-Subscribers
Non-subscribing members of Big Fish Games Game Community may also participate in the Double Jackpot feature. To do
so, print the words "Double Jackpots" on a 3" x 5" card along with your user name and e-mail address, and
mail it to: Double Jackpots, Big Fish Games, 333 Elliott Avenue W, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98119. Once the
postcard is received and processed, all token jackpots earned for a period of one month will be at double the
normal payout. Only one Double Jackpot postcard will be accepted in a given one month period. This offer
is not valid for current Online Community subscribers.
Non-subscribing members of Big Fish Games Game Community may also participate in the Signup Bonus feature. To do so, print the
words "Signup Bonus" on a 3" x 5" card along with your user name and e-mail address, and mail it
to: Signup Bonus, Big Fish Games, 333 Elliott Avenue W, Suite 200, Seattle, WA 98119. Once the postcard is
received and processed your account will be credited with a one-time signup bonus equal to that
offered Online Community subscription members. This bonus is a one-time offer and may not be
resubmitted. If a player elects at a later date to sign up for an Game Community membership however, an
additional signup bonus will be awarded.
